More Short Mindfulness Exercises
Today we spend a few minutes exploring another super short, easy to perform mindfulness tool, the first posture in many Tai Chi forms. Then, as always, the Eight Silken Changes for Tues Jun 30th.
Tai Chi Ch'uan and Qi Gong practice has long been known to support mental and physical health. The Levee Tai Chi School was started in 2013 to bring this ancient art to central Louisiana.
