Museum Reopening and Qi Gong Resumption
Just a quick note to let you know that I've gotten official word that the Alexandria Museum of Art will be restarting the third floor gallery Qi Gong classes on Saturday the 27th. See you then!

Tai Chi Ch'uan and Qi Gong practice has long been known to support mental and physical health. The Levee Tai Chi School was started in 2013 to bring this ancient art to central Louisiana.
